Intellectual Property Rights
1. Client Intellectual Property
1.1. All materials provided by the client, including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, documents, and other content delivered to Devata Pixel for website development, remain the property and full rights of the client.
1.2. The client is responsible for ensuring that all provided materials do not infringe any copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights.
2. Devata Pixel Intellectual Property
2.1. All codes, designs, frameworks, plugins, modules, and internal tools developed or used by Devata Pixel during the website development process are the intellectual property of Devata Pixel, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2. The client receives a full usage license of the final website deliverables once all payment obligations have been fulfilled.
2.3. The client may not sell, redistribute, or claim ownership of Devata Pixel’s internal source codes, frameworks, or tools outside of the agreed scope.
3. Rights to Final Deliverables
3.1. Upon full payment, the client obtains full ownership rights over the final website deliverables (design, layout, content, and agreed functionalities).
3.2. Devata Pixel reserves the right to showcase the final work (website, design, features) as part of its portfolio and promotional materials, unless restricted by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
