Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Down Payment

1.1. Clients are required to pay a down payment (DP) before the project begins as a confirmation of the agreement.
1.2. The down payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, unless the project is cancelled by Devata Pixel.

2. Cancellation by Client

2.1. If the client cancels the project before the work begins, the down payment remains non-refundable.
2.2. If cancellation occurs after more than 50% of the project progress, the client must settle the proportional fee based on completed work.
2.3. If cancellation occurs at the final stage (website nearly completed/ready for launch), full payment is still required.

3. Cancellation by Devata Pixel

3.1. Devata Pixel reserves the right to cancel the project if the client:

  • Fails to provide required data/content/access within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Violates the agreed terms or engages in illegal activities.

  • Fails to make payments as scheduled.

3.2. If the cancellation is made by Devata Pixel (without client’s fault), funds already paid will be refunded proportionally based on the completed work.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Refunds are only applicable if Devata Pixel fails to fulfill obligations as agreed.
4.2. Refund amounts are proportional to the progress of work completed.
4.3. Refunds do not apply to issues caused by third-party providers (e.g., hosting, domain, or other external services).
