1.1. Devata Pixel provides website maintenance and service which includes:
Updating CMS, plugins, themes, or frameworks.
Bug fixing and error resolution.
Website performance optimization (speed, security, basic SEO).
Regular backups and data recovery (in case of system failure).
Technical support according to the selected service package.
1.2. Services do not include:
Major design changes (full redesign).
Development of new features beyond the initial scope.
Content creation or uploading (text, images, videos).
Issues caused by third-party hosting providers without Devata Pixel’s access.
Provide full access (admin/hosting/FTP/database) required for maintenance.
Supply necessary content, data, or files for fixes when requested.
Make timely payments according to the agreed terms.
Avoid making unilateral changes to the website during the maintenance period without prior confirmation with Devata Pixel.
Perform maintenance according to professional standards and agreed schedules.
Maintain confidentiality of all client data.
Provide regular reports regarding website status and maintenance activities.
Provide time estimates for complex repairs or troubleshooting.
Maintenance period is based on the service package (monthly/annual).
Technical responses will be provided within 24 hours after a report is received.
Resolution times depend on the severity and complexity of the issue.
Devata Pixel shall not be held liable for website issues caused by:
Unauthorized access (hacking) beyond Devata Pixel’s control.
Failures on third-party hosting providers.
Direct changes made by the client without notification.
Devata Pixel’s responsibility is limited to the scope defined in the selected maintenance package.
Maintenance fees are determined by the selected package.
Payments must be made at the beginning of the service period.
Services will be automatically suspended if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.
Clients may terminate the service at any time with a written notice at least 14 days in advance.
Devata Pixel reserves the right to terminate the service if the client violates these regulations or fails to make payment.
Devata Pixel reserves the right to amend these regulations at any time.
Any changes will be communicated via email or published on the official website www.devatapixel.com.
These regulations are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be settled under applicable legal procedures.
